One of our favorite ways of enjoying the Deer Lake House is to spend a few days with good friends – another couple or two. Combine the great view with good conversation (perhaps while sipping a little wine), going out to dinner or making a project of cooking, touring in the rowboat, visiting Whidbey's many tourist destinations, renting a movie, etc. In any season, this is a good time.
